These Terms of Sale govern the sale of beat licenses (digital audio files) and merchandise by Nemura Production through nemura-production.com.

Beat purchases are processed through a third-party platform [TO COMPLETE — e.g. Airbit, BeatStars], which handles payment and automatically delivers the purchased files to the buyer. That platform's own terms of service also apply to the transaction. Physical items (merchandise) are shipped within [TO COMPLETE — timeframe] after order confirmation.
Under French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase with the consumer's explicit agreement, nor to personalized products. For any question, contact contact@nemura-production.com.
Purchasing a beat license does not transfer full copyright ownership: the rights granted depend strictly on the license purchased. Nemura Production retains all rights not explicitly transferred.
